Beta-Alanine is an organic chemical compound from the group of endogenous amino acids (produced naturally in the human body). Its excellent sources in the daily diet are foods of animal origin, especially white and red meat, fish and seafood. Its additional supplementation is used in people with increased physical activity due to the support of the process of increasing the level of carnosine in the muscles. This, in turn, can reduce muscle acidification and delay muscle fatigue during high-intensity exercise, thereby improving exercise capacity and physical performance. Suggested usage:
